Available in aluminium, for general industrial power transmission applications, an additional range of noise reduction equipment exists for noise and vibration sensitive applications.

Bellhousings made from cast iron and sg iron materials, stainless steel and a range of exotic materials, units specifically designed for the most aggressive of environments.

A complete range of equipment also exists to allow the connection of diesel, petrol and air motors to any driven component .

L series bellhousings from jbj Techniques Limited

Because of the variety of pumps that our bellhousings cater for the dimensions in the tables apply only to bellhousings with unmachined pump face detail.
Details missing are the pump spigot and fixings.
Spigots smaller than 'E' dimensions are obtained by the use of steel adaptor rings.

RV series bellhousings from jbj Techniques Limited

Monobloc-Bellhousings with noise damper acc. to VDMA 24 561.
The connection between the noise damping ring and the bellhousing is of moulded design using a form conclusive and vulcanised elastomer compound and is designed to avoid rotation and radial wind up.
The design provides a noticeable improvement in stiffness, resulting in a tensile strength of 56 kN, (based upon a monoblock bellhousing with a motor flange diameter of 300mm and is suitable for use with an electric motor with frame size D132). The higher stiffness results in reduced shaft misalignment and increases the service life of the drive coupling.

Module 3 bellhousings from jbj Techniques Limited

A range of composite bellhousings to accomodate electric motor flanges from 300 mm diameter to 800 mm diameter.
Oval fixing flanges, four bolt fixing flanges, face mounting flanges, rectangular mounting flanges.

KPV series cooler bellhousings from jbj Techniques Limited

Close couple virtually any hydraulic pump to an electric motor (up to and inclusive of a D180 Frame size) with integral cooling matrix and cooling fan that fits on to the electric motor drive shaft.

For applications where low levels of cooling are required and space is at a premium. No additional electrical installation being required.

Cast in the UK to jbj's own patterns, from SG iron also known as spheroidal graphite cast iron, ductile iron or nodular cast iron. SG iron has a higher impact resistance, tensile strength, elongation, ductility and wear resistance than grey iron.

Machined to order at jbj's machine shop facility, compatible in accordance with VDMA 24 561.

GGRV bellhousings VDMA standard from jbj Techniques Limited

ØD = 160 to 350 mm according to VDMA 24 561
Bellhousings with flange Ø from 160 mm through to 660 mm according to VDMA 24 561 only in rigid version with avalability of sizes up to 800 mm.
ATEX approved when used with mechanical power transmission coupling for use in hazardous areas.
